In 2025, it’s widely recognized that workplace happiness is directly linked to work outcomes and, ultimately, to client success. At Datmos, we take this very seriously, and year after year the Best Workplace Certification tells us we are doing well in that respect. We believe growth begins with our people, the ones who challenge ideas, drive innovation, and build meaningful connections every day.
Best Workplace 2025
Datmos is recognized as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada and Best Workplaces in Quebec for 2025, for the fourth consecutive year. What makes this recognition truly special is that it’s based on how our employees genuinely feel about working at Datmos. After going through the merger of O2 Commerce and ZaneRay and the rebrand into Datmos, we are proud to say that our strong culture has prevailed and that our united teams are stronger than ever on both sides of the border.
What’s the story behind the Best Workplaces recognition?
Have you ever wondered where the celebration of Best Workplaces comes from? It all started in the early 80’s with a bold question (for the time): What truly makes a workplace great? Researchers interviewed employees across industries to uncover what people value, what empowers them, and what builds trust. This sparked the first Best Companies list and the foundation of the model built on trust, fairness, respect, and pride. The turning point came in 1998, when Fortune Magazine partnered with Great Place to Work to publish its first 100 Best Companies to Work For list, bringing the movement to a global stage.
Over time, the program evolved into a worldwide benchmark powered by real employee feedback, becoming one of the most credible workplace recognitions in the world. No wonder it has become such a sought-after badge of honor for companies everywhere.
Datmos : A Culture Where People Thrive
But allow us to dig a little deeper into what this year’s survey uncovered, because the numbers speak for themselves. Not only do 96% of our Canada-based employees say Datmos is a great place to work (compared to about 60% at a typical company) but the survey also highlighted exceptional results across core culture pillars.
Employees reported feeling inspired by their work, supported by their leaders, and deeply connected to their teammates, with camaraderie reaching an impressive 97%. These insights confirm what we see every day: a culture built on trust, pride, collaboration, and genuine care for one another.
