Challenge
Players in the spare parts market, such as automotive manufacturers and equipment suppliers, face increasing complexity. This leading recreational vehicle company chose to reinvent itself, shifting from a production-centered approach to a customer-focused strategy.
The goal was to launch a modern e-commerce platform to support inventory growth while leveraging its existing infrastructure. With Black Friday approaching, we defined a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to mitigate risks and progressively launched four websites for its different brands, utilizing Adobe Commerce's multi-store functionality.
- Centralize the product sales management under 1 single platform while adapting to the specificities of the international markets.
- Allow categorization and product governance internally as well as international deployment.
- Manage client accounts and prices dynamically.
Approach
Our UX experts designed a conversion-optimized interface, simplifying product search and compatibility with an integrated OEM parts catalog. The integration of a PIM solution, Akeneo, enabled seamless data management across Adobe Commerce, SAP, and Adobe DAM.
This partnership confirms that a customer-centric approach is a winning strategic choice.
